Conditional Tunnel
- It designed to ensure elimination of the tension on the wafer sheets, to decrease breaking during and after chocolate coating or packing by bringing the humidity in the sheets to a certain level.
- Humidity rate %65-%80 RH, Temperature 40oC-60oC, Processing period 20-22 minute.
- Depending on the structure of the sheet, %2,5-%4,5 humidity is obtained,
- All materials without chain are made of 304 quality stainless steel,
- Side covers can open and closed to the aim of cleaning and servicing.
