CLIMATOR UNIT

The most important factor in high quality bread production is the control of the dough and duration of the fermentation. Air conditioning device is an indispensible item for fermentation rooms. It provides a homogenous steam and heat transfer within the room. There are air heating resistances and circulation fans which regulate temperature of the fermentation room. All parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.
